{Newborn} Reeves Family
I've been photographing Justin and Kaitlin's love story for years now, and I was so thrilled to recently capture some maternity and newborn portraits for them! I have the pleasure of being friends with them, so being able to document this special time in their lives means the world to me! Also... baby girl's name is Quinnley Ann - how adorable is that?! Her sweet little face and button nose were just calling out for a girly bonnet - its one of my favorite shots! But you all already know that I'm a sucker for a little bonnet. I was so honored to be asked to do Newborn portraits for the Stewart family! My husband was Dad's wrestling coach, and Mom is on my daughter's teaching team, so it was such a pleasure for me to work with them! Dad had lots of great ideas, including the guitar shots below that I just ADORE, and big brother was the sweetest ever! Thank you Stewart family for allowing me to capture these memories for you!

I LOVED meeting the Pfender family and celebrating their sweet new addition! Big brother stole my heart and was my little buddy the entire time - he held my hand, sat on my lap, and was pretty much the greatest snuggle buddy ever. These are the days that just make me so thankful that this is my JOB! Congratulations, Pfender family!

With every newborn session I do, I work with my clients to create the perfect sets that mesh their style with mine as the photographer. I loved getting to create simple, classic portraits with this family, with some added personal touches suggested by them. I love their gorgeous style and getting to incorporate new textures and colors - this made their session special and uniquely theirs! I've loved photographing this adorable family over the years (you know my obsession for red-headed kiddos!), but this time I got to spend time with the whole "Cousin" crew! These sessions are absolutely precious to me - knowing the value and importance of capturing these memories, this time in their lives, their sweet relationship to each other. And even better...I'm pretty sure Grandma will treasure these photos forever! I'm especially pleased that the Mickle family ordered a gorgeous leatherette coffee table album to be able to show off their images for years to come!

There is just something so special to me about documenting a little one's FIRST BIRTHDAY! Capturing their sweet new personalities, watching those first few tastes of cake... is there anything better? I loved my time with little Sutton and her big blue eyes - Happy Birthday, sweet girl!

Sometimes you gotta just head to the beach, feel the sand in your toes, smell the salty air, and document some ridiculously gorgeous portraits for an amazing family! It was such a pleasure to spend time with the Kennedy family at the beach recently - it was definitely good for my soul! And I have to admit...I was having some serious envy over this Mama's gorgeous long floral dress - it was the perfect choice for this session!
{Newborn} Dery Family
The Dery family session is so dear to me - I've loved documenting this sweet family's milestones, but also - it was the most fun, joyful session! Of course everyone wants that perfectly posed family portrait, but some of my favorites are always the Mama snuggles, the Daddy tickles, the hugs and kisses and cozy photos. Capturing those lifestyle portraits of your family's unique dynamic is where my heart is at. Kids are silly and playful and candid, and I love to document that. Big brother Miles was such a good boy, helping me get great portraits of new brother Dylan. Thank you, Dery family, for allowing me this honor!
